2023 NFL Strength Coach of The Year Ted Rath finished his third season in Philadelphia as an NFC Champion. Prior to becoming the Eagles' Vice President of Player Performance, Rath spent the three seasons with the Los Angeles Rams. He enters his 14th season at the professional level, also having served as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Miami Dolphins and Detroit Lions.
